Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. NAIA is only 7 kilometer from the city, but traffic can be fierce and you will have to allow yourself a substantial amount of time to reach the airport. The longer you live in Manila, the better idea you will have as to that "substantial" time (dependent on day, time etc.). A good driver will be skilled on various routes to take to get you to the airport and will generally have a feeling as to what time you should leave for the airport. NAIA Terminal caters for all international flights, non-Philippine Airlines.

NAIA Terminal 3 was mothballed since 2002 due to legal and structural reasons. NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) Terminal 3 is finally operational albeit partially and initially for domestic flights. On July 2008, PAL Express and Air Philippines marked the commercial opening of Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport in an event graced by the presence of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. NAIA T3 is now offically "open for business"!
